Presumption of fictitious invoices introduced?

The audit of the authenticity of invoices has been one of the primary inspection targets for the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) during the last few years. A számla hitelessége: vélelem a fiktív számla mellett?

Évek óta a NAV egyik kiemelt ellenőrzési célpontja az áfa-levonás alapjául szolgáló számlák hitelességének vizsgálata. Ugyan tavaly nyáron az Európai Unió Bírósága több, magyar vonatkozású ügyben is kimondta, hogy a NAV ellenőrzési gyakorlata nincs összhangban a közösségi joggal, a tavaly év végi jogalkotási hullámmal újabb szabályok kerültek bevezetésre az adótörvényekbe, amelyek mégis lehetővé fogják tenni a jelenlegi ellenőrzési gyakorlat fenntartását.
