International Festival

We celebrated diversity and had some just plain FUN at the enormous, exciting, extraordinary annual International Festival at the American International School of Budapest. There was a KidsZone with jumping castles and other games, an auction, a raffle, a marketplace full of the best handicrafts, artwork, goodies, books and other creations that Budapest and its expat community have to offer. The program also offered entertainment on two stages, and last but not least, a fabulous food extravaganza including cuisine from some of the 57 countries represented in the AISB community. This event, organized by the Parent School Association, not only gave us the chance to spend the day in nice Nagykovácsi at AISB’s wonderful facilities, but it also raised funds for student-supported charities, with a special focus on donating to the Japanese Red Cross in this time of need.

The staff of the CCCH was happy to help at the Canadian desk to make amazing pancakes with blueberry and maple syrup! It was a very successful and major family event with an enormous fun factor. In order to become a part of it, please check out our photo galery!
